[i]Undeceived[/i] is an absolutely stellar album, regardless of what anyone thinks of the band's faith. Inferno was the first metal song I ever heard with string influences, and it just about melted my brain. The vocals in "Of Light and Shade" are amazing. Such a good album!

I'm really hoping to find some really amazing Christian metal someday, particularly black metal, but I've really drifted away from the scene over time.

I also could never get into Norma Jean. Dunno what it was, exactly, but we never got along.

Meh, I don't listen to DH because I think they're particularly skilled, or because they're "real" metal. I listen to them—rarely—because they're catchy, like generic radio rock. It's like thinking your sister is hot, or making out with your dog: you don't talk about it much, but you can't help it sometimes.
