Anybody here dig Murcof? I listened to Remembranza today and it's easily one of the best electro/dark-ambient records I've heard

i'll look it up, need more dark ambient

been checking out old moog experiments like Terry Riley and Mort Garson, fun stuff

you should def check Murcof out. I prefer this type of dark ambient to drone/dark ambient. Minimal beats, glitching noises. Check out Blackfilm as well, while you're at it check Bersarin Quartett too.

Industrial is one of my ever-growing obsessions...though strictly speaking it's more post-industrial and industrial rock that I'm enjoying.
Of the 'true' industrial I really enjoy Cabaret Voltaire and Throbbing Gristle. In post-industrial I love Skinny Puppy and Angelspit (if they count).
Not really much of an EBM/aggrotech fan, though I quite enjoy Nitzer Ebb and Aesthetic Perfection.

I have an Angelspit album tucked away for one of these days

I don't know where to talk about them exactly, but Gnaw Their Tongues is killer.

Somebody said that stupid band Yoga was "Black Metal's answer to Throbbing Gristle", but they're ****ing gay.

This band fits that description way better.

It is, need to give it some more time to sink in.

yeah there's some good industrial from the 90's but by then it had gotten really far from the actual industrial sound so i've never felt a need to explore much stuff from that time

certainly nine inch nails is the most interesting industrial related act since the 90s
