I'm in US Eastern time, when would I start posting and for how long is the minimum? Sweboy's post kind of confused me.

the marathon starts in 10 and a half hours. So you can enter any time from there til another 24 hours later. Once in, post at least every hour or be eliminated. If you're out, you can re-enter before the last entry time (34 and a half hours from now). Total consecutive time with more than a post an hour is counted to determine the winner.

To figure out what time it is in GMT, scroll down to the very bottom of the page where it says "All times are GMT -#." If you take the current time and add the "#", you'll get the time in GMT.
