Patriot is a classic Oi! band from NC and have really good songs. Whats everybody's thoughts on the band? and does anybody know if they are still touring anymore?

yep they are American. my friends believe they are "Anarchist Skins" , not sure if i really believe that. They introduced me to that song where they sing " No idols No leaders No god to blind us" , cant remember the rest. but i dont really think they are Anarchist Skinheads, but then again i could be wrong.

I think that song singing "No idols No leaders No god to blind us" is on We The People right? Cadence (I think thats how you spell it) on the Streets I hear is real good i need to pick that one up and We the People. Memories of Oi! is a great song.

Meh i just never saw nothing too wrong with communism ONLY because of the working class bit of it.

ehh i saw a different face of communism. my family and myself are from El Salvador. My parents left the country during the 80's to avoid communist persecution. horrible stuff. im not really a trad. im a skinhead first amnd foremost. then i guess i have a little bit of everything in me. cept wp....but i do tend to like a few RAC and WP bands. although most of them are cheesy and lame.

oh yeah, the idea of communism went straight to hell of course. i just like the idea of the working class part of it, im not a commie really. that is horrible stuff what you just explained. yeah im not wp at all... well for RAC , meh im not too enthused with em. i dont really enjoy wp music, and hearing about how other races are "lower" to them. it is cheesy your right. but theres only one thing i never got explained was why Skins would be so outraged by Red Skins or RASH Skins, because they liked the idea of the working class communism idea.

because in the 80s the threat of communism was very real and people stood up to defend themselves from it. to defend their way of life i guess. so the skins see them as traitors to some extent because they would have supported a communist takeover of their homeland and ideals. when they were trying to protect it.

oh ok. I see, now i have a more clear understanding.. but I still think its rediculous for bands to be saying "If your a Red Skin your a Red scum" , I myself like SHARP and get called a red by online nazis and they just sound so stupid.

Yeah I wanna go sometime. But do you know if LCB is coming here because I checked the dates and it doesnt have anything posted for us but there is a day that is inbetween Virginia and North Carolina that has not show posted.

The Punx Unite tour, includes Casualties, LCB, Antidote and more coming to Baltimore MD November 4th. i dont know the venue though.
