Nevermore? Not really, but give the man props....he started the most successful thread in R&M history.

About half of those bands are DM.

I haven't listened to Malevolent Creation since I checked out [i]The Fine Art of Murder[/i], around when I was first getting into death metal. Can't really remember it.

Can't really tell, it's not the best quality around. I think I read somewhere that the effect was only included on [i]Focus[/i] because Masvidal messed up his throat, though.

Hey new thread, I haven't listen to much DM lately but I've discovered a band called Alchemist, do you guys like them? Really good progressive death metal from Australia.

I never really minded it.

I am annoyed that they played in London a couple of days ago without my being there, though. Just hope they play on my isle some more.

The new Cynic sounds good.

the robot vocals are just mildly annoying. i hope they get rid of them though.

It's the same for me. I'd still listen to the new album if they kept the robot vocals, but I'd prefer it without them.

What are you talking about? There's been at least 3 CR threads and tons of Comm threads.

Of course, exempting the comm threads, the Classic Rock thread's still more successful.
