hey i was thinking it might be a good idea to make the post rock thread a post rock/post metal thread. it seems like its pretty much just me and like a small handful of people ever post in the respective threads and i always end up having to search for them when i want to post in them. maybe combining them would keep them from falling off the pages all the time and create more conversation.

Post-Rock thread is on the first page, Post-Metal one is nowhere to be found (and I'm not going to bother searching, sorry. You do the heavy lifting). Are you proposing an all-out merge? I'm not sure it makes sense, given that the two are mostly just similar in name. That along with the fact that I think there's hardly enough distinction at this point to warrant a separate thread when people are ultimately just going to bleed the same content throughout the Stoner/Doom and Drone threads (rightly so or not, it's probably going to happen).

But yeah lay out what you want us to do and then we'll consider it yes?

i just wanted the name changed so maybe more people will conversate instead of me just talking to myself in the post rock thread. the only post metal band you can ever get anybody to talk about in the stoner/doom thread is neurosis and honestly neurosis arent that good and i want somewhere where i might be able to talk about the actual good post metal bands.
