Also, at the bottom right of the page, how come Bartender's name doesn't appear under the "Moderators" heading?

It's because when I was originally modded, I wasn't modded in R&M. Now that I'm a super, I help out here in my spare time, since I posted here a lot anyway.

I think Bartender was actually chosen to mod R&M instead of me, but sting-ray pushed for me to get modded in here, so mx modded me in here.

In theory, who is to be modded is chosen by concensus of all the current mods.

As for actually modding people, DBJ can supermod people, but only mx can make people local mods.
