yeah it's great. maybe you're just used to me hating all the stuff you like, but i've always been down with el-p. he's an absolute monster producer and i think underrated as a rapper

not sure how i feel about the danny brown feature. it seems like one of those kinds of things that you get used to and eventually grows on you but it sounds really off. having an unusual or off-beat flow could work but it just sounds off, especially after eXquire totally kills it with that new, faster flow.

I love the album.

but i fucking hate that verse. el-p gave him the wrong beat.. not enough space for Danny Brown to do his thing. and it sounds slowed down?

Yeah i was thinking Danny Brown's verse sounds like a late addition to the song. El-P and Exxquire already have the inter playing chorus and chemistry, it sounds complete, and then there is just a danny brown verse stuck on at the end.

I actually thought it was a standard verse from him, it's pretty funny when he says "gummi bear you going where?" to me, but yeah feels off.

Some other parts about this album feel off as well but im not about to make it rain in this

just ordered the CFC / Killer Mike deluxe vinyl package. pumped. comes with limited press color vinyl + instrumentals, signed posters, and i dont remember what else.

Ive preordered only C4C Deluxe CD ... but it's enough for me Cd + signed poster + download Cd and instrumentals !!! cool enough :D

I agree this album is being slightly over-hyped right now. I don't think it has the lasting appeal of the other releases, but i think it'll be awesome to hear live.

I'm flipping between a 4.5 and a 5 on my rating.

"$4 Vic" alone is more valuable than 95% whole hip-hop lp's this year
