what the danish are pussies screw that
lol |
their vikings are serious (if they had them not sure)
Faxe is Danish and has a viking on the Can so im gonna say they DID have vikings |
We should all get together and build a viking ship and go on raids and ****, that'd be elite. We could go to the middle east and steal all their spices and opium!
I was joking but yeah I threw them into the whole Scandinavian group.
Yeah, Danes had vikings. Swedes, Norwegiens and the Danish were the vikings.
And Iceland technically fits in more with scandinavia because it was inhabited by Norwegiens. |
Iceland looks so cool.

would Mayhem - Deathcrush go under the first wave?
well supposedly anything from the 90's norwegian scene is second wave so idk. I originally thought that was the first wave and everything else prior was just labelled influential proto-BM or some shi' which was still firmly entrenched in the speed or thrash metal genres
first wave is just like proto bm
Iceland looks so cool.
Indeed, would like to visit someday. Also Deathcrush came out in 1987 guys. |
**** you
Also Deathcrush came out in 1987 guys.
I don't think that warrants it a "first wave release" tag, though in this case. You might say it's way too early for it to be considered a second wave release, but this is Mayhem, one of the top bands in the rise of Norwegien black metal, which is second wave, yes? |
Yeah I spose I was just addressing Meatplow who said something about the 90's and second wave.
May you could add Deathstrike - ****in' Death to it.
Sadistik Exekution recorded The Magus in '86 too. |
speaking of mayhem, im listening to maniac's chainsaw guts**** right now. i really think this was his best performance... everything is just insane and disgusting on this song.
you guys are dumb.... first wave of black metal= Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, dio-era Black Sabbath, and BrokeNcyde
