I recognize that sh*t. My sleep habits used to suck, but lately I've been getting better at sleeping at the appropiate time.

I basicaly dont have sleeping habits. Last night i was in bed at 9pm tonight im still wide awake at almost 1am. Tues last week i didnt hit the sack till almost 6am

I need to find somewhere to smoke when i get home. Badly.

I usually head to bed between 12-1 am and wake up around 10:30 or 7 depending on what classes I have that day. I'm fairly consistent.

i used to be like clock work when i lived in england. bed at 2 wake up at 11. but since i moved back here to australia i cant get into a routine.
