he just wanted to do a less thoughtful album. all the shit is just about groupies he fucked and how dumb he thinks they are it is killer.

i think i was just caught off guard. the album sounds pretty much in line with admiral fell promises, but then you get lyrics like:

"sunshine in chicago makes me feel pretty sad, my band played here a lot in the 90s when we had lots of female fans and fuck, they all were cute, now I just sign posters for guys in tennis shoes"
