and i dont associate with fat people so thats part of the reason

i probably consume around 2200. theres no refined sugar in it though

i could probably count the grams of sugar i consume a day on my hands. i only eat meals, like meats and vegetables.

im diabetic so i actually dont eat sugar

having diabetes is one way to stay healthy i guess
