had my car working perfectly except for something being goofy with the shift cables this afternoon, took it for a test drive, stalled (since i only have 3rd 4th 5th and reverse thanks to the shifter cables), tried to restart, and popped a fuse, shutting the whole car down

now to figure out whats causing one fuse to shut the entire car down when its only the power steering
