Is FOB's new album really that good?

Well, it was a mix of their first album and the new one. The new one is pretty decent but it sort of drags halfway through. Fun and catchy though.

What Hot Cross were you listening to? I got their '07 release last night, it kept my attn for about 7 songs.

I was listening to it. It's amazing, I love it. It's not as dense as their other full-length, but it's still pretty good.

I'll listen to my own band if I want to. :mad:

And no, still crappy recordings.

Hot Cross' best releases are either New Set Of Lungs or Fair Trades and Farewells... the full lengths have great songs too, but they're not as focused I guess.

History Fell In The Heart Broke Open > any other song by the band.

Solanka is cool too.

I think I'd rather listen to an EP by them. I can't really stay focused on the album for the duration of a whole LP.

That's how I am too, one of my favorite bands, but I just prefer them in a more condensed format.
