What happened to your arm, B&F?

I'm actually not too sure. It looks like a skin ulcer. It's a about half an inch in diameter and goes in maybe 2/16ths of an inch into my arm. It's basically a crater. The scab is coming off and what's underneath is kind of scary looking.

I'm waiting for one of my employees to come cover my shift so I can go to the doctor.
