You'd think they could make sphere-vision glasses by now, seeing in all 3 d's at once.

If a film is designed to have cool 3d aspects, then it makes sense. But having 3d films for the sake of it is ridiculous and annoying.

I resent having to pay more to see Up in 3D (I didn't have the option not to) when I didn't even really notice it during the film.

what was the price difference?

Kyle

I think I paid an extra £1.50.

Which might be fair enough if I was paying for the glasses, but it's not like they let you bring your glasses to another 3D film and get a reduced price.

Haven't seen a movie in 3D since Spy Kids 3D.

...It was a rough time in my life.

With a complex system of levers and pulleys, my dear boy.

I saw My Bloody Valentine 3D, Coraline and Up, and they were all fantastic with the 3D. MBV was essential with it (really really dumb otherwise) but Coraline and Up stand on their own without it though I'm glad I experienced them as such. They give a lot of depth to all three of the pictures. Coraline looked like clay models in front of me moving on their own.

3-D doesn't work for me due to my eyes (20/20 in one, near-sighted in the other) so I don't go unless with friends. I did see Bolt in 3D, but that is it.
