There's so much interesting stuff going on in this kind of electronic music right now that there deserves to be a sputnik thread for it.

If people really think this should go to the "Other" section then feel free to move it, but I think Hip-Hop is as good a home as any because there's so much crossover these days and, what with all the love for FlyLo and his peers here, people here are way more likely to appreciate a good beat.

So is there anyone into this stuff? And if so, what are your current favourites?

Lately I've been digging -

James Blake - Air & Lack Thereof/Sparing The Horses
Hudson Mohawke - Polyfolk Dance EP (and his remix of 'Oops')
Nosaj Thing - Drift
Benga - Buzzin

and, as always, Burial.

Huge fan of dubstep.

Silkie's album is getting some serious rotation at my house. N-Type's new CD for Rinse is also.

Highly looking forward to the release of CHST007.

More into the compilations myself. Allstars Vol.5 is pretty good.
