It really is though.
I can only come close to enjoying black metal by not taking it seriously. The overly lo-fi recordings are stupid, the videos are pretty lolworthy, they take themselves way too seriously which just makes them look retarded, also-- the lame *** "corpse paint" doesn't make them look any more credible, and the music is just ****ing boring.
