I used to listen to Goodbye Cool World! loads a few years back, that album was crazy. The Tom Waits cover at the end was also hilarious.

agreed. that and btmi! never have a real live band, it was like jeff + 3 others and they couldn't play too many songs. it was worthwhile either way for free i guess.

I thought they were pretty excellent live. I guess it depends on if you have the full band or not. To Leave Or Die In Long Island is my favorite album by them.

i don't think scrambles is anywhere near as good as get warmer, but it's a good album either way. ajj is seriously the sweetest band to see in a basement setting, it's so awesome seeing 2 guys rocking that hard on acoustic unplugged instruments. they played a first set and then some people ended up showing up way late from like ny to see them, missed them and we convinced them to play again. it was great
