I'm the youngest of 7 so I actually didn't have that luxury (see catching on 17 years before I was born).

So yeah, I lucked out hard though, my room has windows on a north wall and a west wall, so if I open both sets I get a sick cross draft that just vacuums the smoke out the window if you stand in the right spot.
