i still love a couple albums from the genre just as much as I love anything else but my point is metalcore in general is so stale because so many bands do the same ****ing thing. i can see how when its done right the music can be really fun and interesting to get into, its a cool mix. i looooooove listening to we are the romans and still being blown away by how successful they achieve an awesome sound by incorporating math riffs and ****. anyway it may not be my favorite genre anymore but still i kind of got to this point where i was like why keep checking out bands in this genre everything sounds the same
