I love hearing a great live album...but they only thing that really makes it great, in my opinion, is one in which you can just feel the audiences excitement on the album, or just a totally different way to play a song than what you heard on the original track.
What rock and metal albums do you considered of the best quality?

staying A live maybe?
staying alive
Staying Alive might make sense, in a kind of survivalist macho image sort of way that could tie in with that bulldog on the microphone and the groups "live" experience.
Why they chose the word life is beyond me. Staying a life is not an action that can be performed, I suppose when you think about it a life could remain a life but this seems a redundant statement. It isn't a play on words that ties in to anything relevant such as the context of the release, the word life = life as far as I can tell. They are German so it might be a bad translation, but i'm sure somebody involved in its production would have picked it up sooner or later. Staying A Life, indeed.
Hard rockers to the end.

also why so much hate for live albums, they can be fun. I have a live soundboard recording of an old soundgarden show from 1989 it's pretty bomb

Definitely Salival, though even with some songs beig live I wouldn't consider it a "live" album. Between The Buried and Me - Colors is amazing for a live album, IMO.
