Someone just finished their first year of college. What do you do with your time now that you're so grown-up? Have you fallen behind on your mortgage like many other Americans? Have you begun your memoir?

I liked Mr. November until my girlfriend cheated on me and then I saw the irony.

Still a good song though.

You used to be carried in the arms of cheerleaders. Ouch.

It was alright since I'm not a fat guy..

And it was moreso the "I won't **** us over, I'm Mr. November" part

I was kind of just hoping that the girl you had mentioned was a cheerleader. I assumed you were referencing other lyrics. It'd be cool to have a cheerleader for a girlfriend.

She was Freshman year in high school. More irony.

It's cool until you realize that they are seriously lacking on the thought-front...

Now that I think about it, my girlfriend before that one was a cheerleader too. I didn't listen to The National when I was dating her though so it doesn't count.

Still ironic though!

Alligator is better

they were good live but the crowd was so shitty that it really detracted from their performance

Alligator's the best. Boxer's great. Sad Songs is good.

The crowd didn't do much or detract from the show when I saw them. They just jammed hard for a long time.
