I'm terrible at Sim games (City, etc.). This particular series has always interested me, though, but I never picked it up.

I loved the first two, even got some expansions, but don't think I could ever get another. I reinstall them sometimes just to build homes, though. I still like that, and listening to the music.

yeah my brother's "had" it for several weeks now. While its definitly missing stuff that will obviously be in expansions, its an even bigger improvement on the Sims 2 in terms of gameplay, then the Sims 2 was over the original (which was huge).

Plus this means I won't have to play Free Realms anymore. Which is a huge win because I hate that stupid game.

If my computer wasn't 5 years old I would definitely have this game. So I figure in about a year, when I have a new computer, and there's 17 expansion packs out, I'll be able to pick up the game.

What do you do when you're stuck with a female Jesus in your household?

Basically I added an old lady who was supposed to hang around the house and clean up after everyone. Anyway, one day they were throwing a party and all the guests were waiting outside. She went to let them in and dropped dead. Then the grim reaper showed up to claim her (side note: the guests said the party sucked- how can a party suck when even the grim reaper shows up?!). Anyway, a minute later she reappeared in the upstairs bathroom, alive and well. I have the game set at a long 190 day lifespan, but she is almost 240, and spends most of the time wandering around the house in a white gown.

It glitched for me and when my Sims moved they could still live in their old house but they couldn't build in it. Also I feel like there isn't enough traits or clothes, i feel like i'm making the same sims over and over.
