Jackie Chan's about as far as I can go into martial arts movies as his humor helps break the monotony of all the (few) stories. My favorites of his: Police Story II and Legend of Drunken Master.
Also, I wouldn't classify Attack the Gas Station as martial arts. It has some fighting in it but that is clearly not the focus of it.
One movie I want to see again is Fighter in the Wind. It has some really good fighting through the second half and a pretty decent story.

Kung Pow :p
Police Story 1
Enter the Dragon
Jackie Chan's First Strike (although this had an espionage-themed storyline)
Actually, most Jackie Chan films are cool. Jet Li is also pretty awesome, Unleashed is a great movie.
Btw, did anyone ever watch Sammo Hung's show 'Martial Law'? Now that was legendary.

The only martial arts films I've seen all the way through would probably be Q. Tarantino's Kill Bill which was heavily influenced by Kung-Fu films.
I want to see some Bruce Lee movies.

I love martial arts movies. I own most Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan and Jet Li films, and a smattering of other more diverse works. It's too bad the storyline is so often the exact same in them (a notable exception is Jet Li's latest stuff).Anything by Bruce Lee, I can't stand Jet Li's movies he thinks he can defy gravity N shi.t F.uck that! You are obviously unfamiliar with traditional kung fu cinema style =\
