Hey everyone,
So I've been messing around with some recording lately, and finally got some decent samples of what I've been doing lately, which is studying orchestral percussion at the University level. And I decided to upload a couple samples, so you should check em out.

One is the first page or so of a Double Image (David Friedman and David Samuels, on Vibraphone and Marimba) duet, just my part (vibes).

And the other is a Marimba solo, (Restless, by Rich O'Meara)

They're not perfect, but pretty good I like to think haha.
The vibe one is pretty jazzy and fun, and not too long either, so it won't take long to take a quick listen, and if ya have even more time go ahead and listen to the marimba piece ha.

And it's summer now, which means more independent study, which means more drum set for me. I plan to get some audio of that up as soon as possible too, so stay tuned i guess. :thumb:

Where are you studying?

Sound good.
I've been trying to work on some Vibraphone stuff, mostly Jazz Improv and the like, but I'm doing those muffling exercises out of that Friedman book. Man, what a bitch.

Your Marimba solo sounds good. LOL. Have you played Yellow After The Rain yet?
