I probably wouldn't go even if I could afford it, but it is a real cool idea.

It seems a bit steep but a lot of these band camp/jazz camp type things usually aren't cheap. It is a cool idea but the problem I personally have with this kind of thing is the price tag, especially in the real_world context of playing music and trying to make money doing so.
"Times is tough"
The economy is so weird right now. I tried to subscribe to traps magazine, only to discover that it is soon disappearing, due to lack of advertising revenue. Too bad, it was a good read.

Doesn't seem as logical for drummers either, because Billy offers lessons on his site. I guess it is a bit different though.

tbh , it seems less about the music instruction, and more about city-dwellers getting in touch with their inner-hippie.
MMW did something like that, ....getting a way from it all in an RV or something, and just focused on playing together and making music. Supposedly it helped them to evolve as musicians. I think they're trying to recreate a similar experience for others.
