Any tips for playing that fast, for a long time. Is it mostly about technique or just building up stamina?
i want to play stuff like this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xqkar6FEulI\

Make sure your technique is solid, and play along to stuff that you want to sound like a lot.
Punk stuff like NOFX is a lot of stamina.
Once you have a good, relaxed grip and good technique, you'll get tired less.

a good technique you might try is actually a variant of a doubletap technique. Think of your stroke as two parts. The first part, you hit the shoulder of the stick against the edge of the hats. This is your "downstroke." The second part, you rock the stick upward so the tip hits on the face of the top hat, sort of as an "upstroke." There will be a sound difference between the two hits, but if you're going fast it might not be noticeable.

Mirror.Circuit hinted at it, but another important thing is to stay relaxed. As soon as you tense up, fatigue sets in way earlier.

for the double tap, what one do you think that I should i learn I've seen a few like moeller, open close and push pull. I've seen it used a lot by sublime and stuff.

the technique i described is actually closer to the single-handed roll which i think is Johnny Rabb's thing. I can make a video of it for you if you ask really, really nicely.
