I had something of that sort. It started off with a fever of 109, then I passed out for 14 hours. Once I woke up I puked every 20 minutes for 12 hours. Once I was finished puking, I passed out for another 14 hours, ate some food, and went back to bed for another 10. Went into work and tried to work, but having lost 8 pounds in 40 hours, I was pretty anemic. So I went home, passed out for another 14, ate some food, and called it good.

I'm still pretty lean from that, I weigh around 138lbs. That's including my clothes and hair. My hair's about a foot long.
