A lot of times when I go run, about halfway through I always have to deficate, and I'm always at least two miles from my destination when it sets in, and I end up walking and it kills the whole purpose. Is there a way to prevent this?

maybe you could eat a lot of fiber rich foods a while before running to flush your system out? idk

Bring toilet paper on your runs and always run in a place with many bushes.

lol that sucks. i know i run faster if i have to pee when i start my run.

i would take ikikdababy's advice though

I get this a lot too and it pisses me off. I've considered pooping in the bushes before but never have.

Unless you're willing to take a dump in the bushes, there isn't really any advice we can give you.

Yeah I was gonna say if just run to a place with a bathroom then it won't be a problem.

I used to run around 5:30am before I ate breakfast and then at the end of the run, I would take a big poop, shower and then eat. All that bouncing definitely shakes everything loose.

Either way, try to sit on the toilet for a little while and try to get anything out. Every little bit helps!
