Please nominate 3 albums from each year as your "Essential Hip-Hop" releases. You don't have to nominate 3 if you don't want to... You don't have to nominate any albums from a given year, if you don't want to. After we get a decent amount of participation, I'll tally up the albums and post up two categories: Essentials and Recommended. Do not nominate instrumental albums here; we'll do that separately.
