are covers cool? have any favorites? better than the original?

MIA's "where is my mind?" made me think of this. pretty awesome cover.

also i heard dire straits sultans of swing is a cover of a 30's swing number. t/f?

better then the originals? thats tough but it happens, i'm sure. or at least just as good but in another way

grant lee-phillips put out a great cover album a few years ago called nineteeneighties. it was a collection of new wave / alternative cover tunes done in a very mellow way. almost like smokey lounge music

Beat Ont The Brats - the Ramones For Kidz had some good stuff on it by various artists. a take off on the "Kidz Bop" series although with much better results. the songs really rock on Ramones For Kidz

Dylanesque by Bryan Ferry is the one i have been listening to a lot lately. real good Dylan cover album, there. mellow stuff

I dunno. Everyone is always talking about album art but when ever I get a CD I just ignore it, open it, upload the CD and never look at it or the cover again.

i really like the style of starry night, however i think monet really perfected it though.

there are many covers we can see them in a line if you took the right train

my life just told me once that a line is straightest line that could happen

you know what? he was right i took a ruler and its straightness blossomed

terribly high close to three in fact i didn't believe it so i rechecked it a lot

in fact it was probably a lot too much if i can say that without facing all of

the slings and arrows of our time, i mean i say too much and i falls fastlike

i removed the covers in the end one of the more okay things we did that day
