dude has been growing on me recently. i've had i'll sleep when you're dead since it came out but have mostly ignored it. production is awesome, his rapping doesn't do so much for me but still good stuff.
anyway, i know he has some fans around here so discuss, or whatever.

not too much of a fan of him, but then again i'm not really a def jux fan in general. that said, though, out of the "indie rap" community, he's definitely one of the better artists.
His production is sick.

Still haven't checked out his first solo record for some reason, but I'll SLeep When You're Dead is sick and Funcrusher Plus is pretty good.

Everything he touches is gold. I rate these albums 90% or higher:
Cannibal Ox - The Cold Vein
Company Flow - Funcrusher Plus
El-P - Fantastic Damage
El-P - I'll Sleep When You're Dead
Even his beat-tapes/ mixtapes are killer. Besides my guy who introduced me to his stuff, I'm probably the biggest El-P fanboy.

I have Fantastic Damage but I've never really been able to get into it. His rapping really does nothing for me.
