why would a compilation count? could just be a box set or something and itd be the longest. i cant check right now but off the top of my head:

shortest: Void - Condensed Flesh 7"
longest: World's End Girlfriend - Hurtbreak Wonderland or whatever, **** is like 100 mins or something

Shortest: Ampere - All Our Tomorrow's End Today (10:45)
Longest: Stars of the Lid - And Their Refinement of the Decline (2:00:32)

I'm sure some split 7" with Ampere is shorter than that one but I haven't checked.

Glassworks, anyone who says otherwise is just trying to be cool. Koyaanisqatsi is probably slightly better but start with Glassworks for sure.

Actually if you're a big Bowie fan the Low Symphony is good, and is exactly what it sounds like, so maybe that next after Glassworks.

I think the shortest release I have is the First Demo Tape CD by Minor Threat, not sure about the longest, maybe Echoes by Pink Floyd if two disc best ofs count?
