Weird Sleep?

Do you sleep walk, talk during your sleep, phone people, drool, snore?

Of course it could be kind of hard to know. But you're usually told by someone eventually or figure things out sooner or later for yourself.

Ok snoring isnt really weird but who cares. It is if its LOUD.

I don't think I do anything weird in my sleep. I've never been told I talk or walk around. and stuff. My alarm goes off and I turn it off and fall asleep with it in my hand. But that's not really weird. Although I should get my arse up at that point.

Had an ex who used to get out of bed and walk downstairs, out the door, and ring the neighbors doorbell. This would happen again and again. Weird stuff right there.

I used to thrash my legs around and talk in my sleep. Sometimes I would ask and answer my own questions. I don't do either anymore but I have developed a habit of grinding my teeth now.

I talk, shout, hit people, kick people, mount people, use my hand as a phone and wonder why no one answers, and sometimes I snore. I used to sleepwalk but I think I have grown out of it.

i dream like once every week or two about getting arrested, running from or fighting the cops. i went to jail for 25 days right when i turned 18 and it kinda makes me scared of the cops these days :(

I talk in my sleep quite often, but I'm really hard to understand. There's quite a few stories of me sleep walking when I was younger.

I also used to fall out of my bed as a kid, my parents would hear THUD and they'd know. I'd still be passed out and they'd just place me back in bed haha

I drool, and that's it. Sometimes the pillow will have a 4 inch drool stain and I half wake up and lay my face in it. Then I have to flip the pillow around or switch pillows. Gross stuff.

I don't think I do anything crazy in my sleep but I have Ambien and that **** makes me go wild before I finally go to sleep
Like even if I try and go straight to bed I end up getting up to pee and then I go nuts. The other night I thought I was shaking the house by bracing myself between two walls and I kept doing it over and over to see how much I could shake it.

I sporadically twitch my limbs as if I'm actually doing what I'm doing in my dream. Kinda like how when a dog is just starting to dream, that odd little flick of the paw or twitch of the forearm.
