View Full Version : What Is Your Greatest Achievement?

JohnXDoe

Someone asked me this the other day and I really struggled to answer it. Sure I have done some things, but I haven't really done anything so great which no one else could do. And probably quite easily. So, what is your greatest achievement?

I'd say guiding Luke on the path of the force to become a Jedi Master is your greatest one.

I'd say guiding Luke on the path of the force to become a Jedi Master is your greatest one.Well to be technical, Yoda guided Luke on his path to becoming a Jedi Knight.

masscows
03-24-2009, 01:05 PM
I thought I remembered Luke mentioning himself as Jedi Master

Though thinking back on it I think he did say knight... I haven't watched those movies in years.

Iskandar
03-24-2009, 01:07 PM
No, he becomes a Knight in Return of the Jedi.

Yoda and Obi-Wan are Masters.

Permanent Solution
03-24-2009, 01:16 PM
But Luke becomes a Jedi Master in the EU and even starts a new Jedi Academy

Iskandar
03-24-2009, 01:17 PM
Yeah but that's irrelevant to the movies. Plus Yoda had no part in that because he was dead.

Poor little green guy.

Permanent Solution
03-24-2009, 01:22 PM
Um Yoda comes back as a ghost even in the movies, also in the EU

Plus, he set him on the path either way

Iskandar
03-24-2009, 01:26 PM
Um Yoda comes back as a ghost even in the movies, also in the EUYeah for like thirty seconds in the movie.

I don't know what the EU says because I don't like it.
Plus, he set him on the path either waySo did Obi-Wan.

Lol nerd arguments.

someone mentioned beer pong, and my greatest achievement in that game would be making 8 cups in a row, ending the game, literally at the stroke of midnight this new years.

there were people upstairs counting down, and everyone else was in the basment, and right as they got to 1 i shot and drained the last cup. it was amazing

but forrealz probably my grade in college, im owning

Competition with others is a setup for failure. You can only challenge yourself, otherwise you won't be very proud of what you've done. Healthy competition sure, but don't look down on yourself if you haven't outdone someone

my greatest achievements were a 30 day backpacking trip through the mountains of wyoming, writing and recording my first EP, writing and recording my second (and much better) EP, and I guess that's about it.

I'm working on a story and a screenplay based on it that might turn out to be one of my greatest achievements
