And do you achieve them? Not things you have to do....but things you want to do? Or are compelled to do. Things that are hard or challenging? Short term goals, I guess you could say.
I never have, and realized that the other day. And I am wondering if others do, and how they accomplish them? I was talking casually with my therapist and told her I wanted to lose 10lbs. I have b4, but I gain the same 10lbs back. She asked how I lost weight, and I told her I just ate less and worked out more. Don't even think about it. She said I needed to keep it off, and for that I need to set up a routine to do so that I practice everyday. Beyond working out. I needed to keep setting and reaching goals.
This troubled me, because I don't want to that. I just want to live life casually and not have to think about anything but what I have to do everyday to get by.
So, do you set goals for yourself? Challenge yourself on a day to day basis to achieve them? What do you have in front of you right now you are doing? How will you make it? Big or small...
Its something I just can't grasp :(
