So I guess two different Ocarina of Time hip-hop projects have come out recently, both with the same name.

1. Team Teamwork - The Ocarina of Rhyme

This one is a mash-up of songs from the Ocarina of Time soundtrack with well-known hip-hop artists such as Jay-Z, Dre, MF DOOM, Aesop Rock, etc.

2. Sleaze - The Ocarina of Rhyme

This one is more original affair, with samples from the Ocarina of Time soundtrack used to create an original hip-hop record.
