View Full Version : A little bit concerned...

I'm in this band and we have this singer who I've been watching lately, and I'm not sure if I should be more concerned with his behavior than I am. To make a long story short, our band's lead singer has started composing songs with Band-In-A-Box, or some similar software, and putting them out as his own "side project".

At first, I thought it was just something he started doing because our band has been in a bit of stand-still lately and he was bored. I said to myself, "I'm sure he'll get bored of that quickly." The thing is, he hasn't gotten tired of it. In fact, he even made a myspace page for those recordings of his, and he's promoting his side project all over the place, too.

Is this something I should be more concerned about before it gets out of hand? Am I worrying about nothing? Perhaps most importantly, is there a better place for this thread?

I think you can solve this issue by raping your singer in the throat.

There are probably better places to ask ... you'll probably just get lots of gtfo non-elite responses

Also I don't have the answer

in my band the vocalist is our bitch cuz he don't play an instrument and me and my bassist do vocals on alot of the songs and he the "vocalist" just beats his head with his mic

Why is it a bad thing for your singer to write music for a side project?

if it doesn't affect your band in any way (getting in the way of gigs or writing process), then I don't see a problem, tbqh.
