Time for Roddick to get molested by Federer again. Nadal should make it to the final....but who knows with the way Verdasco has been serving and playing. Yet another Fed vs. Nadal.

I think you mean Nadal/Verdasco....and yes that match was amazing. Verdasco has really stepped up his serve and isn't breaking down mentally like he used to so often....at least until the 2 double faults in the last game against Nadal. If Verdasco keeps playing at this level, he may even get into the Top 5 or 6.

Nadal vs. Federer part 19....Fed has a winning record against Nadal on hard courts and is in amazing form. Nadal finished an absolutely brutal 5-set match and has 24 hours less rest than Federer. Rafa has every excuse to lose this match...if he can grind this one out then he is truly superhuman. I personally think that Federer will either blow Nadal off the court or Rafa will grind out a 5-set win.

I'm hoping nadal can take down fed on a hard court slam finally. He's gotta be drained from that match with verdasco though. Verdasco's gotten rather amazing though. I think he'll be moving up in the ranks quickly within the next few months.

So yes, Nadal is superhuman. Federer's power, angles, court tactics, and effortless movement make 95% of players look foolish. But Nadal's combination of power, speed, relentlessness, and sheer will of heart make him the kryptonite to Federer.

Nadal looked worn down at certain points during the match because of all that court time he spent 2 days ago vs. Verdasco....but he battled through it and never gives up. It was up and down until the 5th set where Federer fell completely apart....maybe too much pressure or maybe Nadal's immense mental strength finally got the best of him. Awesome match....not as good as the 2008 Wimbledon Final but great nonetheless.
