Guys, i need some help, i am really getting frustrated.
Here is my set up:
Mixer = Mackie 1642-VLZ Pro
Guitar ---> Mixer (Line in, channel 2)
Mixer (Direct out, channel 2) ----> P.C. (Using M-Audio Delta 1010LT, Cubase and Guitar Rig)
P.C (Stereo)-----> Mixer (Line in, channel 3 and 4, solo) ----> Headphones out.
I dont have a guitar amp anymore and i thought this would work instead.
Trouble is that Guitar Rig has some noise and as soon as i dont make any sounds with the guitar i get feedback (as if channel 2 is leaking over to channel 3 and 4) - not enough to hurt my ears, but its really annoying.
It seems like the different channels let sound leak out. When i mute channels, i can often still hear them very quietly...
I have no idea what is happening here
Does anyone have any idea on what the problem is and how to solve it?
(its the same if i use different channels tried that.)
