There is no way to upload a portastudio to your p.c. and convert it into mp3 :-)
You cant upload the music you recorded with it either, you have to re-record it.
I found a pic, but i cannot read what the inputs and outputs say
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Tascam_PortaStudio_424_MKII_crop.jpg
But there should be a stereo out on it somewhere. Connect the stereo out to your p.c. get some recording software (worst case you just use the windwos audio recorder... or you download reaper or audacity) hit play on your portastudio and record on your p.c.
If you want to record the 4 tracks seperatly just do it in two sittings first mute channel 3&4 and pan 1 left and 2 right, once that is recorded, mute 1&2 and pan 3 left and 4 right witch will give you 4 seperate mono tracks that you can mix and edit on your p.c.
Does that answer your question?
If not, be a bit more specific please and give us more details on the tascam thing (btw. id love to have one of those...)
