Not only is he a very talented actor, he's also a complete badass.

english lesson for the day: appreciation is "a favorable critical estimate" (source merriam-webster), so there should be nothing negative about Statham in this thread unless you don't understand basic english

Transporter, it's bad enough that you like Jason Statham and think he's talented, why do you insist on making everyone else like him? Why can't you see that you're the only one deluded enough to like ths idiot?

Russell Crowe = badass
Gregory Peck = badass

Jason Statham = everything people dislike about Sylvester Stallone, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and Jean Claude Van-Damme wrapped up with an annoying cockney accent. Except even Arnie has better one-liners.

Seriously. I saw a poster for In The Name Of The King, and I laughed my balls off. How can people take this guy seriously?

Crank is the movie Speed but with a man instead of a bus.

The Chinatown lovemakin, the entire hospital scene, the guy on the street seeing his face on the news then beside him with a raging hard on, brilliant. Verona!

Favourite part of Wall-E has to be all the little parts where he's on the ship and he's helping people and stuff, and then he's like "Wall-E" in his awesome voice and they're like ":) Aww thanks"

Badmoon

I like him. I was rollin' balls when I watched Crank on bootlegg -- I had a good time.

Never seen the Transporter series -- but I liked the Guy Ritchie sh*t. So yea, I appreciate an action star that I do not have to question his acting skill; like say...Bruce Willis, or whoever. One who just appears badass, consistently.

Like, did you question the chops of Arnold when you saw him in Terminator 2, and then Predator? No -- he was just raw as f*ck and everbody loved it. Action stars should be critiqued (?) differently than other actors.

Bale was bad in that and the sidekick completely outshined both of them. Russell Crowe has always been gay. The only thing he was remotely interesting in was Proof of Life where he didn't act like he was going to start crying at every moment.

The difference being the brick's acting talent overshadows Jason Statham's by a long shot.

Hai gice I thought up a new Jason Statham movie: In The Name Of The Cranksporter - A Dungeon Snatch Tale. He recycles the same looks and one-liners in every movie, so who's gonna give a **** if they start recycling the movie plots he's done?
