Steven Spielberg and Will Smith are planning on remaking Oldboy...my only question is why? I mean Spielberg's obviously a great director and i love Smith, but he is no Min-sik Choi (sp) and i do not believe any actor besides maybe Daniel Day could pull off the barking scene...also, the amount of changes they will have to make to cater to an American audience will probably ruin it no matter what...why try to remake perfection?

They should call it Newboy, to avoid confusion.

They should call it "going to suck'.
