Between The Buried And Me's drummer Blake Richardson has an amazing china or mini chinese and i can't figure out what it is!!

It's most noticable in the Anatomy Of record, like in Blackened it have a very short decay and just love it. I know he uses all Sabian cymbals so i wonder if it maybe is an HHX or AAX mini chinese

Most chinas sound like they have a much shorter decay on record than they do in real life. Check out the video of Aaron Spears at MD Festival on Youtube - I think he uses an Oriental of some sort but it has the shortest decay ever, whereas in person it would resonate for much longer.

Just tighten the cymbal stand heap = short decay, but perhaps a crack aswell.
