Assuming I understand you correctly, I don't think there's any reason you couldn't first record the MIDI data in Cubase, ReWire that data to Reason to generate sounds, and then ReWire the audio from Reason back to Cubase. In effect, using Reason as a sort of "send effect" (except the data is transformed from MIDI to audio in the process).

The bottom lines is that you'll end up in Cubase with both MIDI and audio data saved and at your disposal for later.

but how do i do this? So that I can use for example the new THOR synth from REASON and record it into cubase.

Set up your ReWire connections so that MIDI from Cubase is feeding the synth in Reason. Set up the ReWire connections further such that you have the audio outputs from the synth in Reason showing up on the mixing panel in Cubase (you're going to need to sit down with them manuals and figure this out, since it's far too tedious to recreate it here when it won't be as good as the manuals themselves).

Then, export audio in Cubase with the synth tracks solo'd up appropriately. That should get you raw audio. Alternatively, you can just use them like any other audio track until it's time for the final mixdown/export, in which case you would just perform the usual steps.
