So I've randomly come up with a gane/concept: See the point is to name two band's sounds that you think would sound great combined.

My example is a combination of Protest the Hero's sweeping with Slayer's speed riffing, and of course Protest's vocals. :thumb:

all seriousness though tech is a superior form of music incorporating a lot of different styles and technique to draw a piece of music to be very awesome sounding very dianamic, and anti one dimensional....or death metal tone mixed with a lot of prog, fusion, and funny time signatures.

they didnt really "gradually" change their sound. the difference between every album theyve put out up until the past two was like night and day, and now theyve found a distinct sound and worked to make it more intense and electronic based, which is actually proof that their sound is still evolving.

especially if you listen to the music they played in between the releases of the changing of times and theyre only chasing safety - sounds like neither of those albums.
