Press release: New York. Jeff Indyke has been picked to take the place of Terry Bozzio as the drummer for the rock group "KORN"
"He seemed like the perfect fit, bringing his high energy and showmanship to the table. Terry (Bozzio) seemed to be missing on both those accounts." said KORN spokesman B.J. Smegma.
Indyke, world renouned drummer and clinic teacher and know by millions as "the professor" said he was"...pleased to be joining the group." and also said that the space alien who lives under his kitchen sink thought it sounded like, "...a rad situation. Ack ack."

"That is the funniest thing about me. It doesn't matter what I'm talking about, I still continues to post on an internet bulletin board thinking that the visitors actually give a fu ck what I have to say. My comments about my homo-erotic infatuation with Ringo Starr and how large drum sizes are for pussies are characteristic of my lack of anything substantial or useful to say. My worthless post content is contributed by a societal reject and is obviously the means behind my 18,000+ post count and 8 year hermetical residence on mx. I have a lot of trouble hiding from reality, and in anonymity I continue to take my anger out on those that threaten my presence and reaffirm my worthlessness."

This.

"That is the funniest thing about it. It doesn't matter what he is talking about, or which drummer, or what song, he plays the same beat at the same tempo and the same jacked up fills every time."

It sure seems like they're making fun of him.

Rightly so. What a waste of time it is to watch his videos.

Wait, was Terry Bozzio really playing drums for Korn? I mean I may be out of the loop as far as popular music is concerned, but how did I not know about this?

I believe he recorded the drums on their last studio album that came out recently, and toured with them for a short time, then he left. Then Jordison was filling in as the drummer for a while until he went back to record the new stuff with Slipknot, and now I think they have Ray Luzier.

I heard that after recording the album, Bozzio couldn't tour with Korn due to some unspecified contract issues.

But yeah, he did play with them for a bit.

According to Wikipedia Terry was wanting to be a full member (and therefore eligible for more of the money/royalties), and the rest of the band didn't like it and didn't tour with him. I'm not sure how accurate it is, but...

He played on 6 tracks, and I think did a few shows (promo stuff, not a full tour).

Oh well I saw an interview on Youtube in which Jonathan Davies said Bozzio recorded the album but couldn't tour due to contract issues.....

....perhaps I remember it wrong...?

Can't find the video either.

couldn't tour due to contract issues...

Also known as "wanted more money so we didn't offer him a contract."

Probably couldn't afford the cartage costs for his kit.
