I mean i've always been curious about receiving feedback on here; where people seem quite knowledgeable. I'm down for any criticism, and i don't think the music is amazing or anything, i just love playing.

haha mmmkay i'm glad you guys listened at least. I can see what you are getting at flesh, we included some catchy elements and the production was pretty good.
you could say we are a poser skram band but most everything i write isn't supposed to fit in or be acceptable for a certain genre.

I wouldn't come to sputnik forums looking for advice on what to sound like though. if you fit our standards, chances are you'll be well respected and have a fan base of 13. this really isn't bad, and i don't see the chiodos rip-off... if i hear any influence it sounds a lot like trophy scars/circa survive.

nah i don't think so, I mean I like Comadre and Trash Talk, but Set your goals kinda brings that show's appeal down for me. Plus I think i'm going to be back home for the weekend so it'd be a fairly long drive.

Ya Trash Talk ruled very hard. Comadre was their usual self. Set Your Goals was really fun but not earth shattering by any means.

Saw Fall of Troy two summers ago. They are decent because the crowd is always so into it. It's funny to because most of the people weigh <150lbs which means crowd surfers fly so far when you throw them.

sick mannnnn, haha yeah the audience at fall of troy was pretty embarrassing. Lots of little kids/scene kids/ football player types? kind of strange but whatever. They were pretty good live, gotta respect the guitar work. The number twelve looks like you were decent. the singers suck, but their guitar player is so sick! probably one of my favorite live performances just guitar-wise. At one point #12 had like a 13 year old kid come on stage and got a random girl in the audience to come up and kiss him.....

Ya that's pretty weird. I'm always the biggest person whenever I see a band like The Fall of Troy (Maps and Atlases opened for them haha). Usually it's cool because stagediving = me catching and throwing entire human beings which is an interesting experience.

Ya they're pretty fun live. They are so many lame Comadre die hards where I'm from who wear their messenger bags in the pit but the band is always great.
