I dont know who remembers, but a little under 2 years ago I was involved with a project that travelled to cuba to play music with cuban musicians.
Well we played a concert in canada lasted summer and these are the recordings from them that have finally been released (to some extent.. I havent gotten them all). I've improved alot since then, this was really the first LARGE jazz ensemble I was involved in but im really pleased with how these recordings sound.
Anyways, there's 2 songs up on my myspace called In The Market and Lost mind, check them out and let me know what you think!
Keep in mind, We were all pretty young, I think a few of the oldest players were 19 years old.
